We have composed this Data Protection Statement (version 04.12.2018-121095309) to explain to you, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Law (DSG), which information we collect, how we use your data, and which choices you can make as a visitor to this website.

Unfortunately it is in the nature of things that these statements sound very technical, however we have done our best to explain the most important things as clearly and simply as possible.

Automatic Data Saving
If you visit any website today, certain information is automatically created and saved. This website is no exception.

If you visit our website as you are doing now, our web server (the computer on which this website is saved) will automatically save information like:

TLS encryption with https
We use https to transfer data securely within the internet (data protection by design, Article 25 Para. 1 GDPR). By using TLS (transport layer security), an encryption protocol designed for the safe transfer of data in the internet, we can guarantee the safeguarding of confidential information. You can recognize when this data transfer safeguard is in place by the small padlock symbol at the top left of your browser, and by the use of https (instead of http) as part of our website address.

Cookies
Our website uses HTTP cookies to save user-specific data. A cookie is a short text file that is exchanged by web browser and web server, but which is completely harmless and used primarily in the context of web application, e.g. the contents of a virtual basket in an online shop.

On our website we use Google Fonts provided by the company Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Fonts are used without authentication and no cookies are sent to Google Fonts API. Google only gathers the usage of CSS and the fonts used, and stores this data securely. Pseudonymity
Our objective in the sense of GDPR is to improve our online service offer and website. As the privacy of our users is very important to us, user data is given a pseudonym. This data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory regulations in § 9 Para. 3 TKG, as well as Article 6 EU-GDPR Para. 1 a (Consent) and/or f (Legitimate interests) of the GDPR.

Deactivating data collection by Google Analytics
